Simone Biles is growing frustrated by the questions being asked of Olympians.
Many athletes are being asked for their future plans after winning medals, a narrative with which the decorated American gymnastic disagrees.
Biles, the three-time Paris gold medallist who has had to answer questions on her own future, insists competitors should be allowed to bask in their success.
“You guys really gotta stop asking athletes what’s next after they win a medal at the Olympics,” the 27-year-old wrote on X.
In a separate tweet, Biles added: “Let us soak up the moment we’ve worked our whole lives for.”
