Morgan Rogers deserves an England call-up as a reward for his scintillating form at club level this season.
That is the view of former Aston Villa defender Richard Dunne, who told Betvictor: “Watching him more this season, you can see just how good a player he is.
“He looks like a player that could play international football. He’s really confident, he takes the ball forward, he likes to carry the ball and his form for Villa has been outstanding.
“Lee Carsley has been really fair with giving young players a chance in his squad. He picks players who are in form regardless of age and Rogers fits that category.
“He’s playing in the Champions League which can make all the difference with international selection. He has to have a chance of making the squad.”
